1. The Board
The association is led by a Board elected by the General Assemby of the members. Each year, new members can be elected to the Board.
The Board selects an executive committee from among its members, composed of:
- A president;
- One or more vice-presidents;
- A general secretary
- A treasurer and a deputy treasurer.

Solveig Bachellery
Vice-president
Since 2010, Solveig Bachellery is a Business Manager within the Fixed Income business line. She takes charge of the development of the OTC Client Clearing services, in the context of the financial markets regulation changes.
Solveig Bachellery holds a master of management (Paris IX Dauphine) and a Post graduate degree (DESS) in finance (Sciences Po Paris). She joined BNP Paribas in 1995.
Within the Investment Banking, she first worked as a salesperson, in different teams (Interest rates and Forex). In 2001, she was given the responsibility of partnership agreements between the Fixed Income trade and the Retail banking trade. This responsibility made her hold various operational and functional positions for 10 years, within her function (Team Manager) as well as within the framework of a Joint Venture with the French Retail Bank (Regional dealing Room Development Manager)
Married with two children, Solveig Bachellery is member of other associations which enable her to enrich and share about arts and literature.
Catherine Le Floch

Catherine Le Floch joined BNP Paribas’ IT Group Function in 2009 to manage the relationship between IT Group Production Services and International Retail Banking division for Mediterranean Europe, ARVAL and Leasing Solutions.
She has over 25 years of experience in customer relationship management in the field of Information Technology. Her career path led her from various management positions in business development for computer manufacturers (Bull, Dassault AT), to large outsourcing operations for Capgemini.
Catherine Le Floch graduated from ESCP-Europe (leading French school of management).
She is also involved in other women networks, such as PPWN, where she co-leads the Women Club in Science & Technology.
Catherine Le Floch is married with two children.

Hedwige Nuyens started her career as a lawyer in a regional bank. In 1997 she became credit department manager for the Belgian branch of a large European bank. In 2001 she was promoted CFO of the University of Louvain. In 2007 she joined Fortis Bank and moved to Paris following the takeover by BNP Paribas. Since 2010, she is head of the Basel
2 Program Management with two teams of employees: one based in Paris and another in Brussels.
Married with three children, Hedwige speaks French, Dutch and English. She succeeded to seize many opportunities along her career. In 1999, Hedwige was elected "Woman Manager of the Year" in Belgium. In 2005 she wrote a book explaining the famous glass ceiling while unveiling the strengths women have at their disposal to combine a fulfilling professional life with personal life balance. She has lectured extensively on the subject.

Sophie Prugnard De La Chaise
General deputy secretary
Sophie Prugnard de La Chaise joined BNP Paribas in 2008 and founded the "Financial Management" function for CIB. In this newly created position Sophie builds and drives a multicultural team and interacts with the various entities of BNP Paribas worldwide.
Prior to this appointment she worked five years for Ernst & Young both in France (Paris) and in the United States (Houston, Tx). The diversity of this experience in financial audit and advisory - mainly in the oil&gas sector - allowed her to thrive in various cultural contexts either in France, during regular missions in Algeria or as an expatriate in Houston.
Sophie holds a Master in Geopolitics History and International Laws from La Sorbonne University in Paris. She also holds a Master in International Risks Management from the HEC-Paris Business School (Paris, Fr).
Married, with no children, Sophie is interested in History, Law, Women and children conditions over the world. She likes travelling, meeting and understanding different cultures and so wishes to live overseas.

Deputy secretary
Hélène Montois joined the BNP Paribas group in July 2009 within the Investment Solutions division. She has been involved in the Association BNP Paribas MixCity since its creation in 2009. Among other things, she was responsible for the definition and implementation of the communication strategy, the creation and follow-up of communication tools: website, movie, presentation leaflet, press releases, interviews and events coordination.
The youngest board member is now a communications officer and works on subjects linked to corporate communications, branding, events and Corporate & Social Responsibility.
She holds a three-year degree in Foreign Languages applied to business (English / Spanish), a university degree in Chinese Language (DUFL), and a Master degree in Communications strategies.
