Our Structure

In order to clarify its role and raise its visibility, the original MixCity working group became the Association BNP Paribas MixCity in 2009, according to the French “loi de 1901” which is a not-for-profit association.

This flexible structure allows the association to both maintain its independence within the Group as well as establishing itself externally as a market reference in helping promote gender diversity. The association has an independent budget for carrying out its activities.

1. The Board

The association is led by a Board elected by the General Assemby of the members.  Each year, new members can be elected to the Board.

The Board selects an executive committee from among its members, composed of:
- A president;
- One or more vice-presidents;
- A secretary and a deputy secretary;
- A treasurer and a deputy treasurer.

2. The Members of the Board of the Association

Louise Beveridge : President
Laure Morsy : Vice-President
Catherine de Bettignies : Secretary
Solveig Bachellery: Deputy Secretary
Sandrine Ausset : Treasurer
Isabelle Chevelard : Deputy Treasurer
