BNP Paribas Women's Networks Cocktail

Let’s network together!

The second edition of Women's Networks Cocktail, held on the 28th of March 2011 in Paris, succesfully gathered over 200 women top managers of the Group from all over the world.

Baudouin Prot, Chief Executive Officer, introduced the evening by a speech demostrating his involvement in diversity and gender equality matters. The men top managers who actively supported creation and development of the women's networks in different countries and entities of BNP Paribas were also present.

This exceptional evening brought in light a progress made by the women's networks of BNP Paribas across the world: WIN in London, WBNG in New York, and of course the very active networks of Belgium, of Luxembourg and of the Middle East and Africa.

Elizabeth Karako, Head of HR Diversity Group, insisted on this occasion on the importance of these networks within BNP Paribas. She recalled the increasing role that plays Association BNP Paribas MixCity in supporting women managers (coaching, personnal development workshops, networking lunches, conferences).
