Cynthia Cattiaux-Krewski Head Of Human Resources IG

Cynthia Cattiaux-Krewski has more than 22 years of professional experience in Human Resources and Banking industry. She joined the Group in 2002 as Campus Manager within BDDF. In 2008, she joined Wealth Management as Career Manager France & International before taking on the dual role of HR Business Partner and Head of HR Projects in 2012. In 2018, she wa appointed Head of Wealth Management People Transformation, working on topics such as Employee eXperience, training, flex office and telework. With ESCP, Bivwak and other business partners from the Group, she co-constructed the research chair "Reinventing Work".

In 2021, she joined Inspection Generale as Head of Human Resources and accompanies the transformation program of the Function. She is member of the Executive Committee since March 2023.

Cynthia graduated from ESSCA (Audit/Finance) in 2000 and from ESCP (Human Resources) in 2002.

Pascal Fischer – Group General Auditor IG

Pascal Fischer has more than 35 years of experience covering both Front Office (CIB) and RISK roles across the globe. Pascal first joined as a credit analyst in Frankfurt then in Paris Head office before joining the markets activities universe. He worked as a Fixed Income trader (1989-1996) in Tokyo, Singapore and New-York and then joined RISK (1997-2014) in successive assignments in New-York, London and Paris where heeventually managed a world-wide team of 700 RISK professionals with a focus on market, liquidity, counterparty risk as well as credit risk on Financial Institutions.

More recently Pascal Joined the Global Markets Board, first as Head of the EMEA region (2015-2018) and finally as Head of the APAC Region (2018-2021). Pascal has joined Inspection Générale as Group Deputy General Auditor as of June 1st, 2021 and is Group General Auditor from September 1st, 2022.

Pascal graduated from HEC Business School in 1985.
